Field users get their own mobile app to perform the inspection and submit the findings to the Inspection Module of the system. This module holds all the inspection records and each record is saved as a work order.
Based on the availability and nature of the defect, a Dispatcher (usually engineer) will then schedule and assign the work order to the field crew supervisor.
Crew Supervisor using the reporting application, submits the job completion report. It is then verified and approved by the admin using this module.
Based on the road survey and number of defects found on the road, this module will calculate the budget based on predefined parameters for each activity.
An app to track the workers and assign them with work. The workers can see their everyday schedule, details of the jobs, update job status and do reporting and invoicing through the app.

All information about the assets and their location and details are found in this inventory.

Citizens can submit a complaint through the system. This can help to discover problems within the community that need to be fixed.
Through the field service management app, technicians can submit issues to the system. It can be done by government agencies or public as well which needs to be verified by the field technician before being passed to an admin. Being notified, the admin will create a work order and assign a crew member who will be able to see the issue along with the details through the app. Once the crew starts the job and arrive on the site, he will use the field service app to update the status. The report submitted by the crew will be verified by the admin and if everything is ok, the work order is marked complete.
